When you contract with us for your new home, we collect the address for the location of the home. Since we provide clients and builders a license to build our homes once and for a specific location it is necessary for us to maintain an internal record of this information. Consumers who are interested in purchasing a Scholz Design home, at times, request to see an existing Scholz Design home. In these situations, we provide them the location of a home that they are interested in prior to purchasing a home design.

Any Builder listed on the Scholz Design Web Site is independently owned and operated. Scholz Design cannot recommend or endorse any registered builder of Scholz designs. Any builder of your choice may apply for registration. Have them contact Scholz for information and an application. Registration of a builder by Scholz does not imply endorsement by Scholz Design. You should conduct your own investigation into the builder's background as you would ordinarily before retaining a builder for your home. Homebuyers, suppliers, subcontractors and others entering into a business relationship with a builder of Scholz designed homes should prudently ascertain and satisfy themselves as to the builder's reputation for workmanship, quality, performance, integrity, financial strength and stability. Scholz Design makes no implied or express representatives as to the solvency, quality or ability of any builder, and disclaims any and all liability for any actual or consequential damages arising from third party relationships with any builder.
