"This home is too big. This home is too small. Ahhhh....This home is just right." Story line sound familiar? While we don't have plans to do a Disney movie any time soon (but we would consider it), Risa and Mark came to Scholz Design to create the plans that were just right for them.

Risa and Mark had a good idea of the home style they wanted to build in Indiana. Knowing that we had a large selection of home designs to choose from they ordered a set of our catalogs and as Risa puts it "found several homes we liked right off the start and for a very reasonable price." The only problem was they found the home they liked in two sizes--neither one the size they were looking for. So, they turned to us for our Complete Home Design Services.

Risa's Home Design Expert encouraged her to focus on making sure the floor plan fit her lifestyle before turning her sights to the exterior styling. After working through her design modifications, Scholz Architectural Services, came into the project with sketches of the exterior and interior of Risa and Mark's new home.

Scholz Interiors quickly came onto the scene to make sure the room sizes and room configurations would all come together when Risa and Mark started moving furniture into their home. Risa also turned to Scholz Interiors to make all of her interior selections from furniture to fabrics and fixtures Risa says, "Our home has an open floor plan. Scholz Interiors made sure all the rooms worked together. We have built a house before, but not as large. Our new home, with the lower level is 9,915 sq. ft.  Scholz' accessibility and services saved us a lot of time."
