LONGVILLE MANOR

In love with one floor plan but really loving the exterior of a different one.

Recommended to Scholz by their realtor acquaintance, Ron and Debbie contacted us to see if we might have something to fit their lifestyle. After looking through one of our catalogs, they found a grand floor plan that would work for them. They did need some modifications to fit their needs and the exterior look of the home wasn't quite what they had in mind. They were in love with the French cottage look. We suggested our St. Jean Collection might have some ideas for them.

With two plans chosen, and some specifics from the homeowners, our chief architect went to work combining the two into one grand home, just over 10,000 square feet.

Having a car collection, it was important to have separate garages. And, because of lot constraints, some creative designing came into play. In the end, it all worked out to the homeowners' liking. Yes, a love connection was made.

Ron and Debbie happily reside in their Longville Manor in Michigan.
