SUTHERLAND

We have heard this Sutherland is attracting lots of attention in one of the premier subdivisions in Wisconsin. Even the city's review board loves it and is quite excited about its addition to their community.

The homeowner made his design selection after looking through some Scholz Design home collections and photos of existing homes that the Scholz Home Design Expert shared with him. Knowing what he liked, the Sutherland caught his eye and he knew, someday, it was going to be his new home.

With modifications to meet his lifestyle and a full brick exterior to meet the subdivisions requirements, the Scholz Design team created a home this homeowner would be enjoying with his family and friends for years to come.

Wanting to give the home those extra special custom touches, the homeowner also chose to do some of the general contracting work himself. Nearing completion, it is evident by the home's awesome beauty that he made the right choices.
