The second time around, these homeowners found it's best not to be shy about asking for what you want. 

One of our Scholz Home Design Experts had the pleasure of working with a Scholz registered builder as well as the new homeowners. The homeowners were happy because they could sit, face-to-face, with the builder and go over all their ideas and details for their new Binghampton home. The builder was happy because when he had questions or concerns he could call or email his experienced Scholz Design team. Us being in Ohio and them being in Wisconsin wasn't even an issue.

The homeowners wanted to add some custom items to their plan, one being a dream-come-true screened porch. The builder felt comfortable and confident working with our design team for all the details to make it work. The homeowners love their new porch. The perfect, relaxing retreat.

When the homeowners met with Scholz Interiors, they remarked that they chose Scholz because we are a full-service firm. They had built their previous home and realized how valuable it is to have someone with experience do the work for you. The second time around, they wanted Scholz. Inside and out.

Some site trips were made by our Scholz Interiors Creative Director, Gena, and a trusting relationship grew. The homeowners had focused ideas on some things they wanted--painted woodwork comes to mind. So Gena worked up a paint package recommending certain color combinations. The homeowners loved it but some on-lookers said, "You don't want to do that!" When the job was completed, many ooohs and aaahs later, friends were wanting the same treatments in their homes!

These happy homeowners love coming home to their beautiful Scholz designed Binghampton in Wisconsin.
