One of our Scholz Home Design Experts did a great job working with the builder on this beautiful Rochelle home design in New Jersey. Jim, the builder, wanted to do a spec home. He had a couple of design choices in mind. Working closely with him, his Design Expert assisted with his choices and coordinated the communication, kept the ball moving, between him and our Scholz design team.

Because our design team had been successful in assisting Jim with previous Scholz homes, he again enlisted us to modify the plans to accommodate specifics that were popular with homebuyers in his area of the country. And, to help market this home, his Scholz Home Design Expert called in our artists to recommend the right materials he needed to advertise his home.

Utilizing our full service abilities, Jim was able to build, and sell, a beautiful home that any homeowner and community would be proud to own.
